What we keep, what Stripe keeps, and how to ask us to delete your account.
Who holds the data
Trashlet LLC d/b/a ANDÖ (“ANDÖ”, “we”) runs this site. Questions: hello@josearmando.studio.
What we collect
Account: name, email, hashed password, or Google / X identity.
Membership: package, booking times, notes you leave.
Contact form: name, email, inquiry type, message.
Payment: Stripe Checkout processes cards, Apple Pay, and Link. We store customer id, subscription id, brand, and last four — never the full number or CVC.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t use it for ads. We don’t store raw card numbers on this server.
Who we share with
Stripe, for charges and saved methods. Auth providers you choose (Google or X). Hosting for this site. Cedar, our studio CRM, so a form or a membership shows up on the same contact (matched by email) with billing and sprint progress. We share only what that vendor needs to do its job.
How long
Account and booking records stay while the membership is active, then as long as we need them for invoices and tax. Contact messages are kept to reply and follow up.
Your choices
Email hello@josearmando.studio to see, correct, or delete your account. We’ll remove membership data we don’t have to keep for tax or dispute records.
Cookies and session
We use a session cookie (or a preview bearer token) so you stay signed in. That’s it for tracking.
