Work is performed by Trashlet LLC d/b/a ANDÖ, a Florida limited liability company trading as ANDÖ, based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Jose Armando is the studio.

Invoices, Stripe charges, and contracts show Trashlet LLC d/b/a ANDÖ. Email: hello@josearmando.studio.

We design and build websites, product systems, brand, photography, and video for small and medium businesses. We are not a licensed architecture firm and do not offer building-architect services under Florida law.

A sprint is a 30-day engagement to a defined first win. Scope lives in the package you pick (Spark, Signal, or Engine) plus anything we put in writing before kickoff. Work outside that scope is extra, quoted first.

If you cancel after kickoff, a kill fee of 50% of the unused sprint balance may apply for work already started. Deliverables already handed off stay yours if that portion is paid.

After the sprint, retainers are month to month. Either of us can end with 30 days’ written notice. Unused hours do not roll unless we say so in writing.

Stripe Checkout processes cards, Apple Pay, and Link. We store brand and last four only — never the full card number. Charges appear as Trashlet LLC d/b/a ANDÖ. Bank payouts go to the studio’s Relay account once Stripe is connected.

Sprint invoices are due at kickoff unless we agree otherwise. Late amounts may pause work.

When an invoice for a deliverable is paid in full, you own that deliverable. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless we sign an NDA that says otherwise. Tools, libraries, and prior systems we bring remain ours; you get a license to use them in the shipped product.

Shoot usage is for your business marketing unless we write a wider license. Raw files are not included unless the package says so.

The members desk is for clients with an account. Meeting times are Eastern, weekdays. Bookings can be cancelled from Members; give 24 hours when you can.

ANDÖ’s liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project in the prior 90 days. We are not liable for lost profits, data loss on systems we do not host, or third-party platforms (hosting, ads, Stripe, app stores).

Florida law governs. Venue is Pinellas County, Florida. These terms sit under any signed statement of work. The SOW wins if they conflict.
