A first win in 30 days
How ANDÖ ships a usable site or system for small businesses in 30 days — then stays on so it doesn’t stall.

Most small businesses don’t need a six-month “digital transformation.” They need one thing that works: a site that books, a booking flow that doesn’t leak, a brand that looks like they mean it.
That’s the ANDÖ bet. I’m Jose Armando — a one-person studio in St. Petersburg (remote anywhere). I design and build what your business runs on. The deal is simple: a first win in 30 days, then I stay close if it works.
What “first win” means
Not a deck. Not a mood board that dies in Drive. Something you can use:
- a public site that does a real job
- or a system staff and customers actually touch (booking, intake, a board)
- designed, built, and handed off in a month

Week one is diagnose: goals, bottlenecks, what “done” looks like — on one page. Then we build. You should see real output in the first two weeks, not a status update about status updates.
Why thirty days
SMBs lose money waiting. Long projects invite scope creep, stale briefs, and “we’ll launch next quarter.” A hard month forces the right cut: one primary flow, one clear job for the product, enough polish to ship without pretending it’s forever-final.
If the sprint works, a lower monthly retainer keeps the site and systems from going stale. Month to month. No long lock-in.
Who this is for
Owners who already know the bottleneck — “people can’t book,” “the site looks like 2014,” “everything lives in my head and three apps” — and want a studio that ships, not a stack of vendors.
I’ve done this for coffee carts, repair shops, catalogs, landscaping, and product tools. Same pattern every time: diagnose, design & build, then retain.
Start
Pick the closest plan (Spark for one site or system, Signal when you need the site plus one system behind it, Engine when you want the studio on your side), or take the free 20-minute consult if you’re not sure.
Unsure is fine. Twenty minutes is free. The point is a first win you can measure — look sharper, book easier, run smoother — then keep going.
